Print Spooler Service - spoolsv.exe - Why using remote ports/TCP Connections?
Hello,I've just noticed this service is using some local/remote ports allocated in the "Dynamic and/or private" rangeports, which by definition, no ports can be registered in this range. Is this by design or do I have to re-check for spyware? Thanks in advanceIf it was helpful, please vote! This is by design. On my side I have checked in two computers. The listening ports that are opened by spoolsv.exe on the two computers are: 6529349160 Both of them are dynamic ports. If your firewall has blocked these ports, please add spoolsv.exe in the exception list. Arthur Xie - MSFT
