Print Spooler error -Delving deeper
I had thought the error, which has bugged many users since the introduction of Windows 7, had recently gone away but I have had it occur several times over the last few days. I know how to resolve the immediate situation but I am still looking
for the elusive permanent fix for this error.
This is the Event Viewer Report which is generated when the problem occurs.
Log Name: Microsoft-Windows-PrintService/Admin
Source: Microsoft-Windows-PrintService
Date: 10/05/12 12:51:55
Event ID: 350
Task Category: Printing a document
Level: Error
Keywords: Classic Spooler Event,Document Print Job
User: SYSTEM
Description:
Document failed to print and was deleted because of corruption in the spooled file. The associated driver is: . Try printing the document again.
With one of the latest errors, I noticed something I had not appreciated before. The error occurred printing a document being viewed using Internet Explorer 9. The document was from Amazon UK and overlong. I decided I only wanted 2 pages so I highlighted
the text and attempted to print the selected text. That is when the error occurred.
I think there were scripting errors on the document I had tried to print.
Has any one else made a connection between this common error and printing selected text and / or script errors on a web site?
Hope this helps, Gerry

Hi,
Most of these issues is caused by Printer driver. Please delete all the drivers via Printer Managerment, then install a latest version driver and test again.
