This is about a HP PSC printer 2355 all in one . It just stopped printing in black. It was jamming paper ,I fixe that then the cartridges said that they needed to be adjusted so I took them out and cleaned them and reinsurted them then did a re alinement under the tools tab. It came up Print cartridge alignment failed. Refer to device documentation for details. What and Where do I find the documentation??1 person needs an answerI do too
