Printer issue with windows 7 pro 32-bit and windows 2003 server R2
I have a client that we installed a windows 7 pro 32-bit machine for. The other machines in the office are all running windows xp pro SP3. The RDP server they connect to 2003 server R2 is in another office they connect over the internet to this server to do work. They just got a new HP officejet 6500 E709n printer. I have installed the driver on the server. The windows XP sp3 computers can print to it with no issue but the windows 7 machine does not. When the user is logged into the remote desktop they can see the printer and if they print say 3 pages 2 and a half will come out and the rest is gone. Other times if you print 1page 2 maybe 3 lines will print and then the rest is blank. The print acts as if its only getting parts of the print jobs. Does any one have any ideas on what could be happening?
