How do I print a PDF in Windows 8? When I click devices the only option to print that shows
is the fax option.

You must not have a printer installed.

If you are creating these .pdfs with word, in order to print the .pdfs you have to have a fully licensed Adobe product on your computer, or the .pdfswill not print anywhere.
And of course you need to have a printer installed on your computer as BrianEh stated.
