Hello everybody! We've 4 laptops in home, I have an high speed ADSL2+ connection(Cable not wireless; TP-Link TD-8811) only for my laptop but I wanna share it with others. My laptop: Windows 7 x64, others are: Win7 x86, Win7 x86, Win Vista x86. I used three methods (one after another not alltogether): Useing sofwares like Connectify, Virtual Access Point and ... I made bridge between my Local Area Connection and Wireless Network Connection I used the sharing tab in properties of my Local Area Connection and checked most of the services. More information: all laptops are set to has automatically IP, I have avast internet security 6.0.1125, I've downloaded almost all of Windows Updates Finally tell me may this method damage my laptop ( make it warm or slow) ?

Hi, You need to enable ICS function on the network adapter which is connected to ADSL rather than bridge the two connections. Please refer to the article below to set up it. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-vista/Using-ICS-Internet-Connection-SharingPlease remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
