When trying to install AT&T VPN Client below error popsup. "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item." I have tried running the exe as Administrator. From properties, i have Unblocked the Exe. nothing worked for me. I don't even see event log for this installation failure. Please help.

Hi, I would like to suggest you disable the antivirus program temporarily and try to install it in Clean Boot. If the installation does not need Windows Installer, you may also try to install it in Safe Mode. What is the result? Regards,Arthur Li - MSFT
