I upgraded my windows to 8.1 preview. in this I am facing problems like I am uable to use OPENVPN-GUI. please resolve this problem. if this cant be resolved than please tell me i'll be back to my win 8

What error message did you receive?

There is no option to downgrade to Windows 8. You have to perform a system refresh to go back to Windows 8. But then you have to install the apps which did not come with the Operating System. You can go through the section Can I uninstall Windows 8.1 Preview? of the article to have a better idea about this.
