When turning on my laptop, it crashes when trying to load windows. It will also not start up when trying to load in safe mode with or without command prompt. When the option to repair windows is taken, it continuously loops so no result is ever made. Unfortunately the disk drive does not run before windows starts, therefore the use of a back up disk is not an option.

Hi, According to your description, the system even cannot start up with Safe Mode. That’s a possible that system files crashed. Please first check BIOS to see if all hardware can be recognized.
