Hi, Thank you for posting your question to Microsoft TechNet Forum. To troubleshoot this issue, may I ask some questions. 1. Is this issue only occurring on Windows Vista computer? There are some changes about enrollment in Windows Vista, please visit the following website for more information. Certificate-Related changes in Windows Vista http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc749280.aspx 2. What is the kind of certificate you enrolled, for user, account or service? You might use the seperate instance of the Certificates snap-in to the console to perform enrollment. You can visit the following website for information on different instances of the Certificates snap-in to the console. Add the Certificates Snap-in to an MMC http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc754431.aspx 3. Is there any error code you received? If so, please describe the error message in details. As there are no related error on event logs. Please visit the similar issue on the following Microsoft KB. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/926168 4. Meanwhile, try to import the certificate manually on client computers and see if it works. By the way, for references: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/922706 Hope this helps. Thanks.

Hi,sorry for the delay. I found this error only on Windows Vista but this could be a case. The majority of my clients are running Windows Vista SP1.I am enrooling a computer certificate based on the "Computer" certificate template.I reviewed the case exposed in kb 926168 but I verified we have no templates superseeded by other ones.By the way, I found interesting suggestions in that arcicle, in particular about how to enable and verify certificate enrollment logs.I will update this thread as soon as I have news. Thanks
