I recently got a Tecknet C018 Full HD webcam and it cam with a builtin microphone. I have been trying to access the Mic for use of recording videos. For some reason I coudn't find the mic under "Audio Devises" I looked in the actual computer and not the recording software and coudn't find the mic under the Devise manager. Could anyone help me find out how to find out whats wrong, or fix the problem.

Did you try to unplug and re-plugin the device? For the first time setup, did Windows indicate that it was successfully installed? Under Lync Options / Audio, does the device appear for selection?
