Problems with BSOD
Hello, I have been having frequent BSOD the past few days but I am unable to find the problem. I have downloaded and installed the Windows 7 debugging tools but when I try to analyze the mini dump files I get a "Access Denied" error. The crash report window that comes up after a reboot points to a mini dump file as well as an .xml file that I am assuming has information about what caused the crash, access to this file is also blocked. As far as I can tell I am on the list of users that have full access and full permissions to these files along with the System but I am denied access. How do I gain permissions to view these files? Why does Microsoft make it so difficult for someone to see these files. It just doesn't make since, what is this stuff TOP SECRET and if you find out what is in them Bill Gates is going to send a hit squat out to kill you? I am so aggravated with Microsoft's OS's that I will never purchase another Microsoft product every again they have stolen the dollar from this poor fool!

I have been having frequent BSOD the past few days but I am unable to find the problem. I have downloaded and installed the Windows 7 debugging tools but when I try to analyze the mini dump files I get a "Access Denied" error. Disable UAC and try again. Please use Microsoft Skydrive to upload the dump files and post a link here. You can also contact Microsoft CSS for help.
