I have been trying to clear the mess Norton360 did to my hard drive. I can't find where exactly these files are located so I can delete them-I have nothing 0%free space even after taking out software I no longer use or want. Below is the report from Defragmentor. I have been to Norton to get this cleared up and supposedly the files were deleted as soon as they disabled the backup. Well it was not fixed and they are not going to do a thing to fix their scew up.That is why I am here. I need theses backup files that are no longer needed removed. It is causing errors to pop up almost every 5 minutes and system freezes not to mention the crash that happened last week. I was just lucky enough to get her started again without any discs for OSXP. I am retaining a copy of these 'deleted' files and shoving them in Nortons face, this time I have proof they lied about having deleted them.Please help me since I no longer Trust Norton Antivirus.
