I have many problems with Outlook Express & Microsoft Outlook. Outlook Express says 'Unable to open address book. May not be installed properly' and cannot create or send e-mails, but am still receiving them. Microsoft outlook has the message 'MAPI was unable to load the information service PSTPRX.DLL. Be sure the service is correctly installed' appears when I try to open it. Please can someone help, however I am not very good technically6 with computers.1 person needs an answerI do too
