Problems with Windows 7 Offline files /network drive/multiple users
Hello, I have a problem where a user has a Windows 7 ent laptop with offline files set to sync their home drive (H:\) - for their own use this is fine. However the problems occur when another user (user2) who accesses the Home Drive does not get to see the latest versions of files - and even when they edit other files the laptop user does not get to see user2's changes. Any ideas?

Hi, Thanks for the post! Please set that home drive H as "Always available offline", then check if the issue persists. If it doesn't work, I recommend you enable Event logging for offline files to check if there's any related logs. Please refer to: How to enable Event Logging for offline files (Client side caching), it's also applied for Windows 7.
