I am using vista 5472, which is much more stable on my pc than previous versions, but I still have the rather annoying problem of my wireless network turning to only local connection if there is a period of inactivity. Is this some predefined security setting, or is there something just plain wrong? And does anyone know how to fix it?

HI, as u are using 5472, i think you are the selected beta users of MS. You can report the problem to MS by using the Microsoft Beta Client(MBC) on the CONNECT web site.
