What are the bare minimum attributes need to provision a user to iPlanet via FIM?

The answer is: the same as needed to create user in iPlanet without FIM.

And to create new user in iPlanet, two attributes are ok: Enter the user id and password (source). The rest of them are optional as I know.

It does however look like there isn't a supported FIM MA for something as old as iPlanet after all :)

However, both the Oracle & Generic LDAP MAs work.
