Quick launch bar & Language bar
HiI have just done a total system restore after having my computer breeched by credit card frauds. So, I went back to factory settings and reformatted effectively. Have done DEEP scans with several diffrent virus systems and I am completely clear of any infections.I'm having little problems, almost like sort of house keeping issues. My quick launch bar for example, I have a few icons on it but dont like to have it too long so I shove it in till only 3 are showing. BUT, there are two little arrows to the right of it that you click and it shows you the rest, but when I click on it, it doesn't work/show anything, either with or without the lock task bar on. Can anyone tell me how to make this work please? Also, when I haven't got the task bar locked, every time that I reboot the computer the language bar reappears despite having disabled it in msconfig, (ctfmon). Can anyone tell me how to stop this happening please?, (Apart from just locking the task bar). Finally, is there any trust worthy software or something that I can use just now & again that say, scans the windows system and just checks if there are any problems or whatever, if you get me. Mind you I suppose there can't be else we wouldn't needs sites like this would we LOL.Many thanks in advance for any helpCheersCaroline1 person needs an answerI do too

On the Languages tab, click Details. On the Advanced tab of the new dialog that opens, enable "Turn off advanced text services". The next time you log in (or reboot perhaps), it shouldn't appear.
