RDC Display White After Disconnect
Hello Everyone,
we are running a program that runs a stored procedure. we access the program via RDC. the stored procedure can take a long time to run so we disconnect from the session and return later to do more work. the problem is that when we disconnect and then return
later the desktop GUI is all white (looks like the RDC is not storing the desktop image) and remains all white until the stored procedure finishes and refreshes the screen.
we have tested this on different machines with XP, vista or 7 all with the same results.
can anyone tell me how to get the RDC to store the desktop GUI image? or if there is something else going on.
Thanks

Then likely there is some server problem. Go over to the support for your SQL engine and see what they have to say.
