RECYCLER Folder issues with Defragmenting
I have recently started doing a number of defrags of my C (due to untold redness) and now Im almost done but in the list of files/folders that can't be defragged there is a listing under \RECYCLER\"series of numbers"\file name. I have searched for the RECYCLER folder and nothing. My recycle bin is empty but this RECYCLER folder has almost 3.5GB of data I don't need. Could somebody shed some light on my situation, it would be greatly appreciated.1 person got this answerI do too

Hello Sneaky Sany Recycler is a hidden folder so go to Windows Explorer/Tools/Folder Options/View Check Show hidden files and folders Remove the check from Hide protected operating system files You will receive a warning but just go ahead. Go back later to hide them again. You will then see the Recycler folder C:\Recycler
