You information is a bit confusing. A DVD and a hard drive are two different items. A DVD is a removeable platic disc coated with a metalic substance the DVD write writes to. A hard drive has enclosed revolving disks that are not removable. So, are you wanting to back-up to a hard drive or are you wanting to backup to a DVD optical drive? Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question. Hello Room; Im new here and yes I have a slight/major (according to how u see it smile)problem. I recently did a 'system recovery' to restore pc to factory settings, which deleted my backup to my DVD hard drive. But b4 tht I did a complete backup using DVD disks (24 in all; large music folder smile) Now I want to restore my backup preferably to my DVD hard drive so future backups can just be added to existing backup. HELP PLZ!!!!!
