Randomly losing wireless connectivity, not being able to reconnect any more
First of all, I did try searching many different places and found many similar problems, but never the same one as I have. So here it goes: My wireless connection works fine for some time. Then all of sudden I lose connection. The network icon says that there are no wireless networks available even though normally I see around 10 other neighbor's networks. I can't connect anywhere until I disable and reenable the network adapter. I'm on a Lenovo X201 notebook, the network card is "Intel(R) Centrino(R) Advanced-N 6200 AGN", I'm NOT running from battery. OS is Windows 7 x64 Enterprise, Windows Update turned on so should be up to date. The AP is some sort of Linux box of who knows what configuration but there's not much I can do about it. This is probably the source of all problems... But even a weird AP shouldn't be able to disable my network adapter, right?

Hello, If all 10 wireless AP's disappear I am inclined to think that it's your laptop where the problem lies. Honestly, it sounds like a hardware problem. You disable and re-enable the radio using the hotkey or the slide button on the laptop or do you do it by disabling it fom the OS itself? It may also be a driver problem. I only disable the Wireless Network Connection in OS. I also have an XP machine and I've noticed that they both seem to lose connection at exactly the same time. However, XP reconnects immediately.

Hi, I agree with Miguel, it would be related to the wireless card. Please kindly install the newest driver for wireless card. Meanwhile, if it is possible, please test this issue in another network environment or test if this issue occurs to another Windows 7 computer.
