Hi, Based on my research, when you plug into the device at the pink jack of front panel, a dialogue window will pop up asking you which device is current connected. Such as: As you know, each jack corresponds to its default setting. I really understand how frustrating this is for you. I just wondering whether you could check the setting. Since this setting could influence the sound device recognition. Should you have further question for this problem, don’t hesitate let me know. Hope that helps Best Regards, Please remember to click “Mark as Answer” on the post that helps you, and to click “Unmark as Answer” if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
