Hi,I've bought a new laptop and am trying to download the software for Office 2010. When i follow the instructions to enter the product key, the code in the verification window doesn't show - its just a red cross. I assume this is an Activex control issue but according to IE9 options Activex is enabled.Other images are showing correctly - its just this verification code that i can't see.Very annoying Microsoft - and your call centre has hung up on me 5 times as they can't resolve this.1 person needs an answerI do too
