On a new SBS 2011 setup I get the following error with folder redirection enabled on Windows 7. I created a new user name on SBS 2011 and log in to the same computer with the new user name and folder redirection works fine. This only seems to affect my user name. it's important to setup the NTFS permissions according to this article beforehand: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc775853(WS.10).aspx I suspect you created a share: \\server\share\ Then you configured folder redirection for: \\server\share\thefolders\username\ The permissions on the "thefolders" folder might be incorrect because this folder might have been created and it's permissions set by the first user to have their folders redirected.
