Reg values for a local driver are lost every 2-3 days
We have a recurring issue with the local printer Post Script driver for multiple Konica Minolta c360 printers. The dependent files, help file and monitor all appear to be cleared out every 2-3 days. If you browse in the registry to [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Control\Print\Environments\Windows x64\Drivers\Version-3\KONICA MINOLTA C360SeriesPS] you see the 3 fields are empty. Importing a 'good' copy of the registry setting and restarting the print spooler restores printing but the issues occurs again in ~2-3 days. All of these machines are AD joined and print using a Windows 2008 print server. We have tried delivering the printer from a different Windows print server and see the same issue. We're testing delivering it via the PCL driver at this time. We haven't found any Group Police settings that would seem to be the culprit. Does anyone have any ideas what might be causing these changes? Thank You.

1. It does not hurt to place the question in Konica support forum 2. I would not solved the symptoms by nonstandard procedures like correcting registry settings. 3. First tool in troubleshooting is Event log. Are there any traces in Event log(s). Regards Milos
