Did you mount some ISO by any chance ?
If so just do a right click on the disk and select eject. It should unmount those ISO and remove the drive.
unless you are using some sort of third party tool that create virtual disk than you would need to remove those.

Run Diskmgmt.msc. If you want to remove any drive, you can just remove the drive letter. If it is a hard drive, please make sure all the necessary data are backed up.
