I have Win7 Home Premium, i love it but the problem is in the last month or so iTunes stopped working, so i tried to reinstall. So , but i was getting registry errors and stuff that said i needed admin privileges! So i got around that area, but i needed to install Office 2007 upgrade for 2003. But then again i got more registry install errors, and now anything to do with registry keys are denied?! What do i do?

Please temporary disable antivirus and then try to install.
