Option "Remember my credentials" doesn't work. Pls is there any way
to make it functional?
Thank you
Go into Control Panel/Credential Manager. There you can add
username/password for any device you want. Your NAS would be using
"Windows credentials". If you store the correct values, then those
stored credentials are used every time you connect to your NAS.

Hi,
After checking this issue, I suggest that you can use Credential Manager to store the credentials:
Store passwords, certificates, and other credentials for automatic
logon
Also, try to edit registry as following to check the result:
Note: Please refer to this knowledge base (KB) article to back up the registry key before performing
this operation.
1) Open Registry Editor, navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Lsa\
2) Create LMCompatibilityLevel (DWord) and set the value to 1.
For more information, please also refer to:
LmCompatibilityLevel
Hope it helps.Vincent Wang
