OK, I'm guessing this may seem like a really daft question but after much searching I'm still struggling to find the relationship and\or differences between Easy Assit and Remote Assistance? Is one a generic term and the other the name of a particular tool, or are they same thing for different operating systems, or do they use different underlying technilogies? Is one for home users and other for enterprise? I'm puzzled so please help!

They are two things. However there are not much differences between them.
