yes sure but only if you are under same gateway or having routable public ip just start net meeting by typing "conf" in run and after finishing installation go to tools > remote desktop sharing finish the wizard now dial your friends IP address ask him to go to tools > sharing> select desktop > allow control you will view his desktop click on his desktop twice and you will be able to control his system Regards and Best of LuckSohail Khan
