Remote Desktop Connection terminates with a runtime error
Using Widows7 Home Premium. Host allows 8 connections and only 5 of the connections are allowed to print. I can connect and run ok if I sign on as the 6, 7, or 8 user with no printing capbilities. I get runtime error if I am user 1 thru 5 with printing allowed. How can I fix this? <button class="msaActionText">May 29, 2011 </button> <button class="msaActionText">Reply with quote</button> <button class="msaActionText msgAbuseBtn">Report abuse </button> Child exploitation or abuse Harassment or threats Inappropriate/Adult content Nudity Profanity Software piracy SPAM/Advertising Virus/Spyware/Malware danger Other Term of Use or Code of Conduct violation <input type="button" value="Reply" /> 1 Person had this question <input type="button" value="Me Too" />

Hi jlcb13, Thanks for the post! What's the detailed error message you got? And provide us with the related event logs in your Event Viewer. Meawhile, this issue only occurs when you are user 1 through 5 printing allowed? any specific format of printing? How about when you're queued like second or third users? When you are the only RDP user, does the printing work? Please provide us with more details.
