Remote Desktop in Windows 7
I am using Dell notebook running Windows 7.
When I use another PC running Windows 7 to connect this Dell notebook using Remote Desktop, it will say " it cannot start smart audio" message when connecting to this Dell notebook?
Anyone has any idea for this.

Hi,
I suggest you change the Remote audio playback to test the issue.
1. Open Remote Desktop Connection by clicking the Start button. In the search box, type Remote Desktop Connection, and then, in the list of results, click Remote Desktop Connection.
2. In Computer, type the name of the computer you want to connect to.
3. Before connecting, click Options, select Local Resources and then change the setting in
Remote audio to check the result.
Also, you can try to test the issue in
Clean Boot to check the result.

My problem is that my Dell noteook is a new one, is it related to that sound card driver does not support in the terminal service which is in Remote Desktop.
How can avoid this popup everytime?
Thanks,
