RDP to your now upgraded 8.1 machine no longer works? (check the windows advanced firewall rules - most likely your traffic is blocked due to being identified as not domain traffic).  This was tightened to improve security.

RDP from your upgraded 8.1 machine to some other RDP server does not work?
