Hello Everyone,I have a new VPN server loaded with Windows Server 2008 and allows successful connection from XP and Vista computers. When a remote desktop connection is established using a vista computer to a vista or xp loaded computer the connection only last's 5 minutes and then disconnects. I have successfully been remote desktopped into my work pc using a XP machine. I know that vista's encryption negotian is set to strong permanently but the server is 2008 so it should be fine. The only thing I can think of is that the DC, and DNS servers are still running server 2003. any help with this would be greatly appreciated so boss will be happy again for the holidays. Thanks

Hi, Based on some customers feedback, it is recommended to disable IPv6 first to troubleshoot the problem first. Thanks.
