I am trying to remote access in to a program that requires internet explorer 7 or 8 from my new Windows 8.1 laptop. I saw another post that instructed me to use the F12 emulation tool to emulate internet explorer 7, which allowed me to get to the terminal session link for my remote desktop. However when I click on the terminal session I get the following error: dsTermServe.exe has exited unexpectedly. Debug information about this issue has been created in C:\\ (a location that I cannot seem to find).

This prevents me from accessing the terminal session/remote desktop. I see a couple downloads that are available to fix this, however they do not seem to work on Windows 8.1. Can you help me fix this? Thank you
