My child's laptop computer is infected with BlockKeeper virus. It is like Spyware Protect 2009 which you helped me remove from my computer. There is information on the internet but I don't know who to trust - whose "solution" won't cause further harm and download more unwanted files. I used Super Antispyware, Malwarebytes and HiJack this last time but they aren't finding anything. Operating system is Windows Vista Home Basic.
