Repaired XP on a boot up error; Loads to blank screen with moving mouse but no CTRL+ALT+DELETE. Tried to restore back to last backup files with no success.I have run antivirus using UBCD4WIN. I'm not sure if explorer is starting when windows attempts to boot.
