Reporting a spam problem.
Remember - This is a public forum so never post private infor I received promotional spam from the Canadian ____ on line drug store. Some how they managed to send it to me from my own email address, so when I sent it to junk, it of course listed me as junk. I sent them a complaint and told them I would report them to you. Any response from you would be appreciated, tho I just wanted to advise you of this. Thank you, Ed Davenportmation such as email or phone numbers!Ideas:Programs you are having problems with Error messages Recent changes you made to your computer What you have already tried to fix the problem 1 person needs an answerI do too

Microsoft can't help you with spam and while you are well-meaning, reporting spam to MS is useless. Microsoft has no control over what spam you get and no ability to punish the spammers. Responding to a spammer the way you did is also useless for *you*; now the spammer knows they have a live email address and you will just get more spam. Here are some links to help you understand and manage spam:http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/microsites/spam/consumer.htmhttp://www.getsafeonline.org/nqcontent.cfm?a_id=1152http://spam.getnetwise.org/Very often your email provider (usually your Internet Service Provider) will also have information about protecting yourself from spam. You can usually find this in the Help section of their website.MS-MVP - Elephant Boy Computers - Don't Panic!
