Hi,
Please follow the steps to solve the problem.
1. Disable Protected Mode in Internet Explorer.
2. Add Website as an exception to the IE Pop-up Blocker.
3. Find Internet Explorer Options > Programs > Manage Add-ons, then disable the Citrix ICA add-on to make it work consistently.
4. Change ICA association as Citrix receiver
