Please help on this. Getting below error while communicating with remote domain

Has the peer added your sip address to their allowed federated domain list?

Please check if you can telnet to the federated partners Edge server via port 5061.

Also check the access rules on your firewall, make sure the traffic on 5061 is not blocked.

Do you have other federated partner, does the federation work ?

If you have enbaled Lync-Skype connectivity, can you communicate with Skype user ?
