I read all this forum about this subject, and found no solution. I did a full backup (HP PMD) of my files with success, to prepare upgrade Vista to W7. To confirm, I tried the Restore of a file. (program: GlobalCatalog.wbcat) First Panel - ok. Second Panel - ok. I chose "Search". Third Panel - I wrote the name of files to search, and the files appeared on this panel. Now the problem: The button "Select All" does not work. "Reset All" works. I select the files with the mouse but the button "ADD" stays disabled, not passing the files to the previous panel. The right button mouse, in selected files, not open function list. I suspect a authorization problem. Could it be? And how to solve it? Can you, please, give me some tip? Thank you Jorge
