Hi, Have you performed a malware scan? Is it all the items on the desktop or a certain few?

Hi, Does it occur with folders across the PC? It could be a graphics hardware problem, do you have any problems with any programs or other tasks.

Ok, It looks like a program / driver issue. You need to check programs running, check for no suspicious one that malware scan may have missed?Check monitor drivers?Check desktop web settings in properties box
