I just purchased a new Dell Laptop installed Office Home and Business 2010. Now whenever i right click the Windows Icon on the bottom left of my computer screen the system just grinds and grinds and I can not stop it. When I go to task manager it doesn't even show that anything is running. When this is happening I cannot click onto any of the other icons on the bottom bar. I have to restart my computer to make it stop. What is happening?

Your purchase price included a warranty and Dell is soley responsible for provide you with Windows 7 support per their license with Microsoft. You paid for that warranty in the purchase price of the system. Use your warranty - Call Dell!
