Try to boot into Safe Mode and uninstall the suspected updates. Reboot and recheck the issue.
You may also go for a System Restore-select any Restore Point when there was no such issue.
I also shall suggest you to download the ShellExView It is an excellent tool to view and manage all installed shell extensions. The rule is to disable non-Microsoft context menu handlers one-by-one and verify if the problem is solved. If the above doesn't help then run the System File Checker tool (SFC.exe) to scan your system files and to repair missing or corrupted system files.
go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Personalization and set Windows Default Themes - Windows
and try right click again, I suggest also do clean boot or uninstall 3rd party theme installed (if any)

Hi Randystephenmills,
"I can no longer right hand click delete or open with right hand click"
Do you mean the two options disappeared from the right click menu ?
Apart from S.Sengupta`s and britishdhez`s suggestions, please also try the following suggestion to have a check :
1.Run "dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth" to have a repair
2.Login with another account or create a new account to have a check
Best regards
