When i run the Disk Defragmenter after its finished my computer starts hanging up, and running real slow.Also some installed programs start acting weird. like taking a long time to load up, or when i use them they hang upor stop responding all together.To get them working the way they are supposed to, I have to uninstall them, then reinstall them. Why is this happening?I thought the disk defragmentor operation only removed fragmented files that are no longer in use, and/or no longer needed.So does anyone know what is going on here?Thanks. Let’s put the computer in clean boot state and check if any third-party program is causing this issue.Putting your system in clean boot state helps in identifying if any third party applications or startup items are causing the issue.
