I'm getting "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library" error. It started when copying files to an external. No problem with the first bunch of files, but after that, I kept getting the same message (Program:C:\Windows\explorer.exe). I've reinstalled the Runtime components of Visual C++ Libraries AND did a clean boot check, as suggested in an MS forum (not 100% sure where, actually), and had the same problem with everything disabled.
