SE HELP>>>Told me I need to uninstall and re-install. Can't uninstall it. The Fire Wall is off and I can't turn it on. PC gave me this info. version 1.0.1961.0 Is this a virus that got through SE? Machines do NOT go into Safe Mode simply because the Firewall is off. Are you using a router? - if so, then you are probably OK anyway. If you're using a USB modem then yes, you should be concerned. The first thing to do is to work out what mode you are really in. Do you see the words Safe Mode in each corner? - if not, then you are not in safe mode, simply having problems with your graphics adapter.
