I uninstalled Outlook’s Business Contact Manager.At the next reboot I received the following error: “SQL Writer. SQLDUMPER library failed initialization. Your installation is either corrupt or has been tampered with. This service expects a working SQL Server installation that I had uninstalled. After setting the starttype to manual the error no longer appearedIn XP open -control panel - administrative tools- services - scroll down to SQL Server VSS Writer, double click on it and change automatic to manual I did (B) and error went away and pc worked properly.
