Ok, So I save the files from IE 8 to my desktop but the file doesn't show up on my desktop. I go to each users and check each individuals desktop and the file is not there. But when I save the file it says there are other files on my desktop that I don't see as well. It seems as if I'm saving these files to some type of phantom or ghost folder on my computer. Just FYI this only happens from just one website.

Hi, You may Search the file by name. It can be located somewhere. The most possible location is temporary Internet folder.
